The Sheriff’s Cybercrimes Forensic Investigation Unit offered a tour of the crime lab to students in an after-school science club at Green Acres Middle School. Giving the tour was Miriam Gomez, a field evidence technician, and Tou Yang, a fingerprint technician. At the beginning of the tour, Yang told the children that he, too, went to Green Acres Middle School. And Gomez said that she attended Valley Oak Middle School when she was growing up in Visalia.
