A recently developed cancer vaccine has produced promising early results in patients with pancreatic cancer during an initial clinical study. The vaccine, called ELI 002 2P, is designed to activate the immune system so it can identify and destroy cancer cells. It specifically targets changes in the KRAS gene, a mutation found in nearly ninety percent of pancreatic cancer cases. In this study, patients received the vaccine after surgical removal of their tumors. Many of them developed strong immu
