Day 9 of 90 💪 Leg day today. Didn’t get a lot of content, still getting used to training legs. When I first started losing weight, I’d do legs here and there because I didn’t really know how. I’m still learning and starting to set up a proper leg routine, so hopefully it keeps getting better. Since I didn’t get much content, this is me working out today. Finished with a bit of cardio.
