“Shortly after 9 PM last night, Morristown Police responded to a residence on DeKalb Place on a report of a person being held against their will. After negotiations, police discovered that the victim was experiencing mental health issues and was not in danger. The victim was transferred to the Morristown Medical Center for evaluation.
