My first free dive in a couple of months and I was shocked at how much the kelp has disappeared. Cray numbers have been low for over a year now and it looks like they are going to be closed for gathering soon, just like the scallops. This time of year we are usually looking for ward to a summer of sharing seafood with friends and family, like we have done for generations in our country.
