Today, NICE released new guidelines on medicinal cannabis. They are a good first step, but they don’t go far enough. Here’s why: ➡️no extra funding - access in England will depend on local NHS funding ➡️the guidelines only apply to England – we want Sativex recommended in Northern Ireland and Scotland too. (It’s already available in Wales). ➡️no cannabis based treatments have been recommended to treat pain. We’ll keep campaigning until everyone with MS who could benefit from medicinal cannabis c
