Reverse undulations (using the spine) explained! 1. Tilt pelvis back, creating a slight spinal arch. 2. Sink pelvis down, lengthening the back. 3. Tuck pelvis, using lower abs glutes to keep it even. 4. Press upward in order of: hips, belly, chest.
