A SpaceX Starship explodes on Wednesday at a Starbase facility near Boca Chica, Texas.

Starship was meant to take off from its launch site at the southern tip of Texas over the Gulf of Mexico, lap Earth and splash down in the Indian Ocean. It is still unknown why Starship exploded.

The remains of more than 160 deceased people reached orbit yesterday on a spacecraft that hitched a ride on a SpaceX rocket.
