Mike Lee said late Saturday he was pulling a provision to sell public lands from the “One Big Beautiful Bill” because of changes required to the language by the Senate parliamentarian.

The chairman of the Senate budget committee has released a full text of the Big, Beautiful Bill ahead of a marathon Senate vote expected Saturday, and the text includes the controversial provision to sell off some public lands for housing after the original version was stripped by the Senate's rules referee.
