Israel and Iran are continuing to intercept each other’s drones with no end in sight to the conflict between the two nations. US President Donald Trump has said Iran has a “maximum” two weeks to avoid possible US air strikes, indicating he could take a decision before the fortnight deadline he set a day earlier.

The Iran-Israel conflict has intensified dangerously as the war enters its 8th consecutive day, marked by relentless airstrikes, drone assaults, and missile attacks. The war began on June 13 when Israel launched an offensive targeting Iran’s top military commanders and nuclear sites.

Around 1,000 Indians are set to return home as three special flights will bring them back from Iran's Mashhad to Delhi on Friday and Saturday.
