Bringing back Damar Hamlin Wednesday morning to bolster the safety position isn’t the only move Brandon Beane had up his sleeve for the Buffalo Bills. Now he is signing Darrick Foster who has played four seasons with the Washington Commanders as a part-time safety and special teams contributor.

Beane tried to address the defensive line shortcoming back in 2022 following Buffalo’s 42-36 overtime loss in the divisional round to the Chiefs, the infamous 13 seconds game. A little more than a month after that debacle, he signed Miller to a six-year, $120 million deal.

Having addressed two key areas by agreeing to terms with edge rusher Joey Bosa and wide receiver Josh Palmer, the Buffalo Bills have rung the bell on yet another spot that needed help: Defensive tackle.
