EDINBURGH, Scotland, July 26 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump kept a low profile on his Scottish golf course on Saturday, ahead of meetings with top British and European leaders, as questions swirled at home about his ties to disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Protesters gathered in both Aberdeen and Edinburgh, but none were seen at Trump Turnberry in Ayrshire when the US president took to the course.
P rotesters have placed a sign saying "twinned with Epstein Island" outside Donald Trump's golf course in Scotland as the US President faces mounting pressure to release files related to the disgraced financier. The sign was put in place by protesters from political campaign group Everyone Hates Elon.
