Cuba has suffered a massive power outage affecting Havana and the country’s provinces that has left millions in the dark.

Cuba’s power grid collapsed Friday night, triggering a nationwide power outage and plunging more than 10 million people into darkness.

Havana’s streets plunged into darkness once again as a general blackout hit Cuba. Writing on the social network X, Cuban PM Manuel Marrero Cruz said the government was "working tirelessly" to restore power.
