Strong to severe storms will be moving through the area during the overnight hours Friday into the early hours of Saturday.

Winnebago, Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties are under a tornado watch until this evening, with additional flood watches to the north.

Now, the city is hosting a series of town halls so residents can learn more about the ongoing recovery process. The tornado town halls are specifically geared toward residents of Wards 9 through 14.
