Losing Saquon Barkley to the Philadelphia Eagles was a tough pill to swallow for Giants fans. And Barkley now winning the Super Bowl with the Eagles in his first year certainly just made it even more difficult for Big Blue and its fans.

Beckham has some rooting interest in the Super Bowl. His former New York Giants teammate Saquon Barkley is starring for the Philadelphia Eagles. Beckham gave Barkley a shoutout after the Eagles advanced to the Super Bowl to face the Kansas City Chiefs.

After the big Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl 59 win against the Kansas City Chiefs, the NFL’s 2024 leading rusher, Saquon Barkley, met up with two of his New York Giants teammates, Odell Beckham Jr. and Sterling Shepard.

Beckham was traded by the Giants to the Cleveland Browns in the 2019 offseason, while Barkley stayed with New York until 2024 when he decided to take his talents to the Eagles on a three-year, $37.75 million contract. Like Barkley, Beckham won a Super Bowl after his stint with the Giants, winning one with the Los Angeles Rams in 2022.
