Financial reports from Nintendo's suppliers indicate the company is focused on getting more Switch 2 consoles ready for the holiday shopping season.

Nintendo's manufacturing partners, Pixart and Hosiden, both told investors they received increased orders to make more Switch 2 consoles.

The companies seem to have patched things up recently, however, and first-party Nintendo titles are once again available. However, the Switch 2 itself has yet to make an appearance on Amazon.

No Amazon. Strangely, overseas, you could still pre-order and buy a Switch 2 and most other Nintendo games and hardware on Amazon with no problem. But over here, that wasn’t the case.

But Nintendo isn’t trying to reinvent the wheel with the Switch 2. It’s delivering, in the most conservative way possible, a modestly leveled-up continuation of its past success.
