Coconino County Health and Human Services has confirmed the county's first positive measles case of the year.

A measles outbreak continues to expand in Southeast Michigan, with a fourth suspected case now reported in Washtenaw County.

People who were at three locations in Page during certain times on March 12 and March 16 may have been exposed to measles, according to health officials in Coconino County.
