The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a tropical disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico that could produce heavy rainfall and flooding in Houston.

Tropical Storm Dalila reached its peak Saturday and made landfall south of Manzanillo and near Acapulco, resulting in rough surf, heavy rainfall, flooding, and mudslides.
