Oregon's largest wildfire grew to 94,000 acres by July 18 — just short of becoming the state's first megafire of the season.

The Cram Fire in Central Oregon has expanded to 94,000 acres, prompting evacuations and challenging firefighting efforts.

A spokesperson for Fred Meyer told KOIN 6 News every associate at the Gateway store would be given the opportunity to transfer to a new location.
