COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person is dead and another is seriously injured following a shooting in northeast Columbus Saturday morning, according to police. Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the intersection of Walford Street and Fitzroy Drive, just south of Morse Road, around 8:20 a.m. on a report of a shooting.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Columbus police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead on Tuesday. The shooting happened on the 1300 block of East Blake Avenue at around noon. Authorities say the victim was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition, where they later died.

Our WRBL reporter says at least 15 evidence markers are in the middle of the road at Thomas Street. Columbus police confirm at least three people were shot. They were taken by private vehicle to local hospitals.

According to the Columbus Police Department, multiple people are injured. Law enforcement vehicles and emergency medical vehicles are on the scene. No details have been released on what led to the shooting or if there is a suspects.
