Karen Read is requesting that a judge throw out some of the charges she is facing in a civil suit filed by John O’Keefe’s family.

Karen Read’s civil attorneys are seeking access to the sealed sidebar conference transcripts from her criminal trials as they prepare to defend her against a wrongful death lawsuit, records show.
