The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is reminding everyone about the simple step of wearing a safety belt on UTVs.

This 212,000-acre state forest isn't nearly as sinister as its name suggests, with show-stopping landscapes and off-roading trails through the wilderness.

Officials say the project will also give Owsley County the opportunity for economic development, and will benefit locals.
