Coldplay frontman Chris Martin stopped their show in Sydney after spotting a young boy struggling in the crowd with fears he could be crushed

A fan was saved by Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin during their latest show on the Music of the Spheres Tour in Sydney, Australia.

Chris Martin falls backwards into a trap door on stage during a Coldplay show in Melbourne, Australia over the weekend. In a video posted to X, the singer is spotted taking a tumble but is caught by a crew member before he continues on with the show.

They played a show without bassist Guy Berryman for the first time ever, Chris Martin fell through a trap door onstage (he's okay), and most recently Martin went viral on social media after he paused the band's set to help a young boy who was in distress.

Chris Martin has paused Coldplay's Sydney concert after spotting a young boy being crushed in the crowd. The British band's frontman stopped performing mid-set at Accor Stadium when he saw the little boy distressed in the mosh pit near the front of the stage.
