Environmental Protection Agency chief Lee Zeldin has privately pushed the White House for a rewrite of the agency’s finding that planet-warming greenhouse gases imperil the public.

Millions of dollars in grant money from the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation is being directed to six projects in the Pacific Northwest – including multiple projects in Washington state. Projects will target climate change initiatives that rely on nature-based solutions.
