The Jets have four out of five starting offensive linemen locked into roles for 2025: left tackle Olu Fashanu, left guard John Simpson, center Joe Tippmann and right guard Alijah Vera-Tucker. Right tackle is a hole, even if they decide to bring back Morgan Moses — a great leader but aging and coming off some injuries.

Glenn and the Jets will need to hire assistant all across the locker room in New York to help out the new head coach, from the various coordinator jobs to positional-specific roles. A good chunk of those hires will have come from Glenn’s past, including his recent tenure with the Detroit Lions.
