Using GIMP, you can crop an image. rotate or flip a photo, Change dimension & scale of a picture, change the file size of a JPEG photo, etc.
I want to rotate an image by an arbitrary number of degrees (this is in Gimp 2.0)... can I do that? I don't see the option anymore, just 90 and 180 degree rotations from the transform sub menu.
