The "Lipotle" is meant to be used as any other lip stain, with a durability of 10 hours, according to the release.

“Fans couldn’t get enough of Lipotle the first time around, and we heard them loud and clear,” Stephanie Perdue, Chipotle brand marketing vice president, wrote in the release. “Bringing ‘Lipotle’ back with Wonderskin is a celebration of our communities’ passion for flavor and self-expression.”
