Singer Abel Tesfaye kicked off a run of four shows at the Inglewood venue on Wednesday night, the site of some of his greatest triumphs and most bitter disappointments as a live performer.

With four shows at SoFi Stadium, continuing through June 26, 28-29, The Weeknd now holds the record for most sold-out shows by a male artist at the Inglewood venue, bringing his total to seven following three sold-out dates in 2022.

The Weeknd returned to Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium for the first time in three years for his After Hours Til Dawn Tour. Wednesday night’s show kicked off a four-show run at the venue, which has earned him the record-breaking feat of the most sold-out shows by a male artist at the stadium.
