The U.S. military says U.S. forces have boarded another oil tanker in the Caribbean Sea as the Trump administration continues to target sanctioned tankers traveling to and from Venezuela.

Indian nationals who were among the crew of a Russian-flagged oil tanker seized last week in the North Atlantic have been released, officials said on Monday. The vessel, the Marinera, was intercepted by United States forces in an operation targeting ships linked to sanctions-busting oil shipments.

The tanker, the Olina, is the fifth to be boarded or seized by U.S. forces in recent weeks as part of an effort to control Venezuela’s oil exports.

U.S. forces boarded a tanker known as Olina in ongoing campaign against vessels evading Venezuela sanctions blockade, the U.S. Southern Command said.
