The Ligue 1 club president also addressed an incident that took place after the final whistle, involving head coach Luis Enrique. PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma appeared to be involved in an argument with Chelsea's Joao Pedro, during which Enrique interfered to support his player.

PSG have cruised through much of the Club World Cup and are heavily favoured to beat Chelsea in Sunday's final.
