A Bengaluru-based CEO has slammed online chatter linking former Astronomer CEO and HR chief's "scandalous" moment at a Coldplay concert to "Brahmins".

Kristin Cabot, caught in a viral embrace with Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, appears to be married to Privateer Rum founder Andrew Cabot, a member of a prominent Boston family.

Andy Byron, who has found himself at the center of a social media firestorm over a Coldplay concert video, was the CEO of a tech company named Astronomer. On July 19, the company announced that Byron has resigned in the wake of the scandal.
