Vermont-based outdoor retailer Orvis to shutter more than 30 locations across US
Vermont-based outdoor and sporting goods chain Orvis said it plans to close several locations across the United States.
The Vermont-based outdoor retailer was founded in 1856 and has been run by the Perkins family since the 1960s.
The chain, which specializes in fishing gear and outdoor apparel, will reduce its brick-and-mortar footprint by half.
