Earlier this year at the NY Auto Show, Subaru revealed one of the new EVs, the 2026 Trailseeker, alongside the 2026 Solterra. The Trailseeker is Subaru’s second electric SUV.

As a result, the Trailseeker has a 4.4-second 0-60 mph time, making it the fastest-accelerating Subaru ever. Forget the Outback, because it can even outrun a WRX TR and its 5.6-second 0-60 mph time.

On the outside, the 2026 Trailseeker retains a recognizable Subaru SUV shape, but since it was built on a next-generation electric vehicle platform it gets a fresh look, with a bold, rugged stance.

Subaru will reveal its next electric model on July 17 in New York. It's called the 2026 Uncharted. It will join the Solterra crossover and the upcoming Trailseeker wagon in Subaru's electric lineup.
