Developer Stanhope will move on to Hereford’s redundant livestock market, possibly near the end of May, to develop Old Market, a 310,000 sq ft retail and leisure development that is two-thirds prelet.
British Land and Stanhope are preparing to open their £90m Old Market Hereford shopping centre next Thursday, making the scheme the only major retail and leisure development to be launched this year.
