It's not all football at Ohio State, but it does pay the bills. One of the other varsity sports the Buckeyes have been pretty good at in recent years is hockey, and it's been both the men's and women's programs that have made some pretty memorable moments.

Penn State men’s hockey will open its Big Ten schedule on October 30 against Ohio State. The program announced its conference schedule on Friday, saying they’ll open Big Ten play in Columbus with a Thursday-Friday series that concludes on Halloween.

The Nittany Lions will play their first four Big Ten games on the road. Penn State opens at Ohio State on October 30 and 31, a nice appetizer before the football game on November 1. The following weekend marks the first two games of the much-anticipated regular season series against Michigan State.
