It wasn’t a lake effect winter storm that rolled into the Niagara Region late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.

A winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:50 p.m. valid from Monday 10 a.m. until Tuesday 7 a.m. for Northern Erie and Southern Erie.

Northern New Jersey is getting the most snow from Saturday’s storm with more than 4 inches already reported by early afternoon.
