FALL CITY, Wash. — Two donkeys stolen from Bellevue were found alive in Fall City Tuesday afternoon. The two donkeys, named Juan and Julio, were last seen around 2 p.m. Sunday when the trailer they were in at the time was believed to be stolen.

Smith is relieved after reuniting with her donkeys Tuesday night. “As soon as the detective called me and said he found them, I screamed, I was excited,” said Smith.

The Bellevue Police Department posted on social media to ask the public to keep a lookout for a pair of donkeys after they went missing.
