BigXthaPlug, born Xavier Landum, was released from the Dallas County Jail late Friday afternoon on drug and weapons charges. As he walked out of the Dallas County Jail, BigXthaPlug was only interested in answering questions about his latest record.

Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug was arrested during a traffic stop. Police found marijuana and a weapon in his car, causing him to miss his release party.

The rapper's arrest came on the heels of his latest album release. His LP "I Hope You're Happy" came out at midnight Friday.

BigXthaPlug (real name Xavier Landum) was arrested early Friday (Aug. 22) in North Texas for marijuana and weapon possession. According to Dallas County Jail records, the rapper was booked for possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) and unlawful possession of a firearm.
