PEORIA ( 25News Now) - A lawsuit was filed Monday against the Catholic Diocese of Peoria on behalf of a man who alleges a priest sexually abused him many years ago.

Since 2003, two deacons and one priest have been accused of new cases of sexual abuse in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, the diocese said. The case of the priest was reported in 2007.
