Invision Capital has made an investment in Fergus Falls, Minnesota-based ShoreMaster, a maker of premium docks, boat lifts, and accessories in North America. No financial terms were disclosed.
Claremore-based boat lift maker HydroHoist Marine Group Inc. and Minnesota-based ShoreMaster LLC have merged to form the largest dock and boat lift company in North America.
