Deputy Mike Allred was one of three officers who immediately responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at a home near 700 North and 200 East in Tremonton.

Two police officers were fatally shot and a sheriff’s deputy was wounded while responding to a domestic disturbance call in northern Utah on Sunday, the authorities said.

"He just said, 'there's a distress signal around this area and I can't figure out where it's at.'"
