Newcastle United have reportedly given Benjamin Sesko a deadline to make a decision over his future amid the ongoing transfer race with Manchester United for the RB Leipzig star.

Ollie Watkins also has admirers at Old Trafford but Aston Villa told United early in the window that the 29-year-old is not for sale.

The Red Devils are believed to be involved in a two-horse race for Sesko, with Premier League rivals Newcastle United already making an official bid worth £69.8m. While the bid fell short of Leipzig's valuation of the player, the Magpies are reportedly locked in talks over the structure of a deal.
