The Chicago Sky beat the Los Angeles Sparks, who retired Candace Parker’s No. 3 jersey during halftime of Sunday’s game.

Angel Reese reached a season-high in scoring and made WNBA history in the process during the Chicago Sky's 92-85 win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday. This result was much-needed for the Sky, who had lost four of their last five games.

Los Angeles retired Parker's No. 3 at halftime of its, 92-85, loss to Chicago in a game that was televised by ABC. Parker also played for the Sky and led both organizations to WNBA championships. Chicago will retire the former Lady Vols' number later this season
