Bills RB James Cook on contract
Digest more
For most of the offseason, Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has told everyone in earshot that he was worth more than the organization was currently paying
Last season with the Bills, Cook was a huge part of the elite offense the team put together. He carried the football 207 times in 16 games for 1,009 yards and 16 touchdowns, averaging 4.9 yards per carry. He also caught 32 passes for 258 yards and two scores.
The Bills still have not signed James Cook to a contract extension, which means 2025 could be his final season in Buffalo.
The first day of Bills training camp also saw CB Christian Benford's strong day and an injury concern along the offensive line.
Some fans will say that Diggs is the greatest wide receiver to play in a Bills uniform, and the numbers are impressive. He recorded more than 1,100 yards in all four of his seasons, which also included 37 touchdown receptions. It's a four-year stretch that includes four Pro Bowl appearances and first and second-team All-Pro.
