Competition Commission of India (CCI) may reportedly seek the intervention of the Supreme Court in an antitrust case involving e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart, along with several sellers on their platforms.

According to a senior government source, ED is reviewing documents seized from the sellers during the operation, reported the news agency Reuters on Monday. ED plans to step up the investigation by summoning executives to discuss involvement in alleged foreign investment law violations.
