Reportedly, it turns out that the political outfit has officially registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). Called 'America Party (AMEP),' the new organization registered with the FEC on July 6 under Filing FEC-1898441 and FEC Committee ID-C00910323.

Elon Musk said he has started another political party. The Tesla CEO announced on X on Jul. 5 that he has formed the America Party. However, no paperwork to the Federal Election Commission has been filed that showed the formation of a new “America Party” political entity, Wall Street Journal reported .

Following Elon Musk's announcement of the America Party, big names like Mark Cuban and Anthony Scaramucci indicated interest.
