Fashion “dupes,” or less expensive versions of high-end clothing and other accessories, are just about everywhere these days. They're also drawing some businesses into legal battles. In the latest example,

Lululemon is suing Costco for manufacturing and selling clothing that looks like their own high-end athleisure at bargain basement prices.

The Canadian athleisure brand has accused the warehouse club operator of copying at least six of its products, including its Scuba hoodie and men’s pants.
