The Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Braves completed their pre-game ceremonies but then entered a rain delay at Bristol Motor Speedway. The game will not start at its originally-scheduled first-pitch time of 7:15 p.m.

The Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Braves already started their one-off game at Bristol Motor Speedway on Aug. 2, but it was twice delayed by rain before it was suspended. Aug. 3 will see the times pick-up where they left off and attempt to complete a full game.

Eli White hit two home runs , leading the Atlanta Braves to a 4-2 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday in the inaugural MLB Speedway Classic.
