The manhunt for a former U.S. soldier suspected of killing four people at a Montana bar has stretched into a fourth day with no capture.

The suspect in the quadruple killings, 45-year-old Michael Brown, remained a fugitive, officials told USA TODAY on Aug. 4.

The mental health of suspected Montana gunman Michael Paul Brown, 45, declined significantly following the death of his mother, relatives said.
