We took the tour last night and really enjoyed it. Our tour guide. Darcy, was phenomenal! She made the tour interesting and fun. It is a short tour but well worth it. Full review by Kenneth D

We did the night tour, and we both enjoyed it. It was pretty short, but the information given was interesting and it was a cool way to see the house. Full review by alli2289

I think it would be fine for most 11 year olds. There is a focus on the supernatural/ghosts in the tour and a discussion of a man who was hanged on the property. There is also discussion about the various deaths of the family members. I think the subject matter is the only reason for recommending for 13 and up but I definitely know of younger kids who would be fine with the tour.
Q:
Hello, do you have to have reservations and tickets to tour the Whaley house or can you just walk through any time?
A:
Hello! You don't need reservations, but they have scheduled tour times. There is a small house to the right of the Whaley House where you buy the tickets and souvenirs if you'd like.
